Work Schedule

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are 10:00pm - 6:30am, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays and holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

• Interact with customers, both in person and over the phone, in a professional and supportive manner.
