Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks a Project Manager to support transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain & Logistics organization. You will help plan, execute and assess programs, partnering with IT, planning, and finance to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Experience with Anaplan, Power BI, and data analytics is preferred. As an integral business partner, you will build and lead project teams, manage milestones, and ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Broad knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within a matrix organization.
• Independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage workload amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Consultative skills and ability to develop actionable recommendations and business cases.
• Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define short- and long-term objectives for process and technology solutions supporting the end-to-end supply chain.
• Lead multiple projects from business case development to final product delivery.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate all aspects of project execution with IT, Supply Chain Planning, Finance, and others.
• Work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and plans.
• Monitor risks and guide prioritization of risk mitigation actions.
• Ensure reporting cadence and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee change management and adoption approaches for each project.
