Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, project management, or related functions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, large-scale projects, or transformation-focused workstreams.
• Working knowledge of distribution center operations and transportation networks.
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and design of supply chain network strategies, including flow-path optimization and facility layout concepts.
• Conduct data analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to develop strategic recommendations.
• Translate growth plans and volume projections into actionable operational solutions.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and investment recommendations.
