Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Manager I, Supply Chain Transformation to drive strategic network design and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and implement initiatives that improve service, capacity, and cost performance.

You will translate growth plans into actionable plans, develop business cases, and manage programs from concept to implementation, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma and guiding colleagues across operations, engineering, finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, project management, or related functions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, large-scale projects, or transformation-focused workstreams.
• Working knowledge of distribution center operations and transportation networks.
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization solutions.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and business case development for operational initiatives.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
• Proven ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities
