Qualifications

• 4-7 years in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, or related functions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or large-scale transformation programs.
• Working knowledge of distribution center operations and transportation networks.
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and Excel/SQL/data visualization tools.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and business case development for operational initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Proven ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Planning, prioritization, and project coordination skills.

• Lead program and project execution from concept through implementation.
