Job summary

Best Buy in Aurora, CO is seeking a part-time Supply Chain Process Coordinator to coach warehouse staff and oversee training for new hires and current employees. You will manage training programs, ensure SOP adherence, and support everyday distribution center operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, the ability to obtain licensing quickly, experience with training facilitation, and comfort with Microsoft Office and powered equipment.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state/local licensing within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Leadership and distribution experience preferred.
• Licensing for powered equipment is a plus and Microsoft Office familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build training plans for new hires and existing employees.
• Evaluate warehouse processes and assist in monitoring SOPs throughout the warehouse.
• Oversee the recertification of equipment operators.
• Identify gaps in training and partner with leaders to close them.
• Ensure training materials and locations are organized and prepared before all training events.
• Support daily operations when not conducting training.
