Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Supply Chain Technology Manager to drive transformation of planning systems and processes worldwide. You will own Kinaxis Rapid Response, lead an agile product team, and align technology deployments with business priorities across operations and IT.

The role requires deep expertise in SCP planning, MRP knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders across geographies. This position is based in Zeeland, MI and is an onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional technical experience with 0-3 years of management experience.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and toolsets.
• Knowledge of MRP and Supply Chain planning (preferred).
• Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or comparable SCP solution (preferred).
• Experience managing external technology partners and integrators.
• Experience with SaaS solution ownership and integration architectures.

Responsibilities

• Champion best-practice approaches and drive user adoption.
• Ensure end-user support for system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and data/process updates.
• Lead a team of technical architects & systems analysts for system maintenance and enhancements.
• Lead large-scale transformational programs for deployment of SCP solutions.
• Provide training on platform functionality and processes to users.
• Partner with Operations and IT to align business priorities across tech teams.
• Translate complex information into concise business requirements using agile methodologies.
