Responsibilities

  • Requesting, receiving and distributing equipment and obsolescence management; stocking general med-surg supplies in healthcare settings.
  • Maintains work and supply storage areas in a clean, organized, safe condition; performs PAR level replenishment to maintain stock levels.
  • Serves as frontline Supply Chain support for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
  • Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments; 70%+ time dedicated to inventory or data support.

Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression) Technician Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings. Works with end users as necessary to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, & resolve discrepancies as they occur. Maintains work & supply storage areas & equipment in a clean, up to date, organized & safe condition Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry & payment activities. Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments. 70%+ time provide inventory or data support

Minimum Qualifications Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent. Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required. Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have) Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
