Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Part-time Supply Chain Support role with day shift and weekend coverage. You will handle equipment, stock, and data tasks in a hospital setting, delivering reliable, compassionate service to patients, colleagues, and teams.

Work focuses on inventory management, data entry, and replenishment, with 70%+ of time spent on inventory or data support and a collaborative approach under established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Requesting, receiving, and distributing equipment and stock in general med-surg supplies.
• Work with end users to resolve supply issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work and storage areas.
• Perform PAR level replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Serve as frontline supply chain support for ordering, data entry, and payments.
• Assist Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• Allocate 70%+ of time to inventory or data support.

Performs essential base-level tasks and functions related to service fulfillment, disinfection & sanitation in patient facing, ancillary or back-office areas Provides service, support & colleague or customer support in accordance with level of experience, education, regulatory agency standards & established policies & procedures. Duties:

• requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users as necessary to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, & resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work & supply storage areas & equipment in a clean, up to date, organized & safe condition
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels
• Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry & payment activities.
• Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support

Minimum Qualifications

• Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have)

• Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.

Pay rate: $17.05-24.20

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
