Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Assistant to support the acquisition and distribution of goods across acute and ambulatory care departments. The role emphasizes inventory management, data entry, and proactive supply coordination to ensure continuous operations.

You will work with end users, maintain clean storage areas, and perform replenishment duties while assisting the Supply Chain Leader with special assignments. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Less than one year of previous job-related experience.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Works with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintains work and supply storage areas in a clean, up-to-date, organized and safe condition.
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties to maintain stock levels.
• Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
• Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.

Description

Performs daily Supply Chain Management duties related to the acquisition and distribution of goods to support acute and/or ambulatory care departments as necessary or proactively supports/maintains one or more computer-based support systems to ensure continuous operational availability to end users.

Job Duties

• Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users as necessary to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, & resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work & supply storage areas & equipment in a clean, up to date, organized & safe condition
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels.
• Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry & payment activities.
• Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support

Requirements

Minimum Education:

• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
• Specify Degree(s): N/A
• Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience
• Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience

Compensation

Pay Range: $16.49 - 24.44 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
