Job summary

Loyola Medicine in Maywood, IL is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Assistant to support the acquisition and distribution of goods for acute and ambulatory care.

The role covers receiving, stocking, obsolescence management, and frontline data entry and payment activities, with 70%+ time focused on inventory and data support. Evening shift; High School Diploma required; compensation is hourly with variation based on experience and location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Request, receive, distribute equipment and manage obsolescence of med-surg supplies.
• Work with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized, clean, up-to-date work and supply storage areas.
• Perform PAR level replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Serve as frontline supply chain support for ordering, data entry and payments.
• Assist Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• Allocate 70%+ of time to inventory or data support.

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Evening Shift Description: Performs daily Supply Chain Management duties related to the acquisition and distribution of goods to support acute and/or ambulatory care departments as necessary or proactively supports/maintains one or more computer-based support systems to ensure continuous operational availability to end users.

Job Duties

• Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users as necessary to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, & resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work & supply storage areas & equipment in a clean, up to date, organized & safe condition
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels.
• Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry & payment activities.
• Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma
• Minimum Education: Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education

Compensation

Pay Range: $16.49 - 24.44 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
