Job summary

Sun Technologies seeks a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to support multiple disciplines across our logistics operations in Utah. You will assist in shipping, receiving, and clerical duties, using SAP S4 to manage goods issuing and goods receiving, and you will handle equipment and inventory movements on a daily basis.

The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in SAP S4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving.
• Excellent communication with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process.
• Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.
• Manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.
• Provides administrative, technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas, primarily Engineering Property System, Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Operations.
• Manual receiving, storage, movement or shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment.
• Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
• Pull and assemble kits in accordance with schedules and deliver to shop floor.

Job Description

Pay rate:$20 – $22/hr. The pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Basic Qualifications for Supply Chain Technical Coordinator:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year additional education and/or related experience.
• Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Experience in SAP S4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving
• Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers
• Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications for Supply Chain Technical Coordinator:

• Advance experience in SAP S4 Goods Issue and Good Receiving transactions
• Must know how to read Stores Pick Tickets
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
