Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in Materials Management supply distribution.
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English; basic Excel and ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Distributes medical supplies to clinical units using ERP inventory tools (PeopleSoft).
• Maintains unit par locations with updates and label reprints as needed.
• Maintains and cleans designated hospital equipment; refer broken units to BioMed.
• Exchanges O2 tanks per unit pars; staging used tanks for replacement.
• Manage time to complete assignments before shift end; seek supervisor help when needed.
• Improve Kanban bin fill rates and eliminate unnecessary Express Issues.
