Responsibilities

• Requesting, receiving, and distributing equipment and obsolescence management and stocking of general med-surg supplies.
• Work with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain work and supply storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Perform periodic PAR level replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Serve as frontline Supply Chain support for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
• Assist Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• Provide inventory or data support 70%+ of the time.
