Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a materials/inventory associate to receive, distribute, and store supplies and equipment for the hospital. You will document, communicate, and provide strong customer service while maintaining knowledge of processes across all shifts.

The role requires reading, writing, and following instructions with basic math and scanner usage. The position is scheduled for a 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift, with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two to three years of experience in material/supply inventory, distribution, purchasing, or related field.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to operate computerized inventory system.
• Ability to use a hand-held scanner to issue and track inventory.
• Ability to work independently with judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
• Medical supply or related experience preferred.
