RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Katy, TX that is seeking a Supply Chain Systems and Process Manager. The Process Manager partners cross-functionally to align supply chain system capabilities with operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with engineering and operations to align system capabilities with productivity and throughput goals
• Collaborate with IT to gather business requirements for system improvements
• Manage the product roadmap for supply chain systems, including updates and enhancements
• Oversee configuration, testing, and implementation of outbound systems, especially in transportation and distribution
• Develop and deploy SOPs for inbound processes with the engineering team
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic goals
• Apply master data management principles and collaborate across functions
• Duties may change as needed
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field-or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or engineering with a focus on process improvement
• Experience leading supply chain initiatives in large, complex environments
• Familiarity with Manhattan and Oracle supply chain systems
• Background in distribution systems and driving process adoption
• Strong knowledge of distribution and transportation management systems
• Experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Oracle Transportation Management
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams
• Proven change management skills to drive adoption of new systems and processes
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage and execute against a product/system roadmap
• Understanding of master data management principles
• Experience working in large, complex supply chain environments
  
  

Other Requirements:

• On-call availability, including weekends
• Must meet vision/hearing requirements to perform job duties
• Must adhere to company work hours and policies
• Role based in Katy, TX with travel to distribution centers and vendor sites as needed
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
