Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd seeks a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst to support an Ohio-based, 12-month life sciences project focused on transforming supply chain operations through YMS and SAP/EWM coordination.

You will gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate testing cycles for YMS and related systems, serving as the bridge between business users and IT to ensure smooth integration and deployment across warehouse and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a business systems analyst in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Direct experience with a Yard Management System (YMS) including configuration/workflows.
• Strong requirements gathering and process documentation skills.
• Experience with end-user testing and UAT cycles.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements across supported systems (starting with YMS).
• Create and maintain process maps, functional specifications, and system documentation; coordinate testing and troubleshooting.
• Serve as liaison between business users and IT teams, coordinating with SAP/EWM specialists where systems intersect.
