Job summary

ResMed Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Technology Lead within Global Technology Solutions to optimize Order and Warehouse Management systems.

You will partner with business stakeholders, Product Management, and Development to drive projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption. The role emphasizes process documentation, data flow design, performance reviews, and cost-reduction opportunities while ensuring alignment with global standards.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably HighJump/Korber.
• Experience in Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory functions.
• Working knowledge of Bill of Materials, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Forecasting & Planning.
• Working knowledge of Data Analysis applications and tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and database tables; ability to write basic queries.
• Strong project management, business process design and facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology projects in Supply Chain Operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from initiation to implementation and benefits realization.
• Define and document processes, data flows, and system configurations for business systems.
• Serve as systems expert for Order Management and Warehouse Management; support end users and integrate 3rd party systems and BI tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Track project effectiveness and drive continuous enhancements to meet business objectives.
• Provide end-user training and manage system testing activities.
• Communicate the technical vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
