Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to support MetroHealth's Supply Chain organization. This role drives analytics, identifies opportunities for process improvements, and optimizes performance across the health system.

You will collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside Supply Chain, support PO management, vendor quotes, and delivery expediting, and evaluate supply chain systems to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain/ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with multiple constituencies, inside and outside the organization.
• Experience in health care environment is a plus.
• Lean certification or related work experience.
• Advanced analytics experience (Access, Crystal Reports, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain analytics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support purchasing activities such as purchase order management, vendor quotes, and delivery expediting.
• Evaluate point-of-use and integrated supply chain systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of Supply Chain.
