Job summary

The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH is seeking a leadership role to manage the Supply Chain Data Team and all supporting software systems. The role involves planning data management strategies, coordinating software development, and guiding staff on projects within the Supply Chain function.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with extensive healthcare experience, plus strong analytic, programming and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with seven to ten years of healthcare experience or equivalent
• Three to five years of administrative ability in healthcare systems
• Training in data processing standards and management information systems
• Technical training in a higher-level programming language and statistical tools
• Experience in supply chain management, hospital operations, and statistics

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and ensure efficient operation of the Supply Chain Data Team and related software systems
• Contribute to strategic data management plans for Supply Chain Leadership
• Schedule and define software development and enhancements with IT personnel
• Direct staff on projects, coordinate with Supply Chain staff to gather requirements
• Monitor adherence to requirements, prepare installations and training material
