Job summary

Almo Corporation seeks a Supply Chain Support Coordinator to assist logistics, inventory, and customer service operations.

You will help with order processing, shipment tracking, and data exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timely service for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum one year of office or warehouse shipping experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, and Koerber One WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations under the direction of the Logistics Manager.
• Assist with order processing and shipment tracking.
• Maintain and update item databases.
• Prepare and distribute electronic data exchanges.
• Respond to customer and employee correspondence and emails.
• Assist with inventory control and purchase order generation.
• Provide backup support to the customer service department as needed.
• Deliver internal support for logistics-related tasks.
