Job summary

AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, Kansas seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee distribution, receiving, and storage while managing staff in a busy hospital supply chain. You will coordinate with clinicians to ensure patient care needs are met and maintain par levels for unit carts and shelves.

Responsibilities include reviewing Peoplesoft dashboards, coordinating with Shared Services, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and warehouse management.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse and other assigned areas of supply chain operations, including day-to-day staff management.
• Organizes and operates materials distribution, receiving, storing, and related systems effectively.
• Directs operational functions of the facility's supply chain in partnership with other leaders.
• Partners with hospital clinicians and staff to meet customer needs by the supply chain.
• Establishes and maintains adequate levels of standard and emergency supplies for patient care.
• Maintains environment and operations within regulatory guidelines.
• Reviews Peoplesoft dashboards and reports, taking appropriate actions.
• Coordinates and cross-trains personnel engaged in stocking and stocking-related tasks.
• Ensures all departments have sufficient supplies.
