• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in supply chain operations preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, from clinicians to suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Strong communicator with professionalism and presence.
