WM is offering a 10–12 week Summer Internship in Houston to build hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management and business operations. You will rotate through Direct Sourcing, Indirect Sourcing and Procurement Operations, working with practitioners on projects, spend analysis and process improvements.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance and other functions, delivering a summer project with measurable impact and presenting findings to leadership.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is expected.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support category managers with spend reviews and market data.
• Assist with supplier research, benchmarking, and sourcing prep.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and selection processes.
• Analyze procurement opportunities and support strategy development.
• Contribute to stakeholder meetings and project discussions.
• Gain exposure to requisition-to-pay and procurement operations.
