Job summary

Mercy Rogers is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage supplies and linen across hospital locations, using advanced supply chain software to fill, order, stock, distribute, and receive items while mentoring teammates.

This on-site, full-time role requires a High School Diploma (Mercy Preceptor within 6 months) and demonstrated healthcare supply chain experience or leadership; preferred CMRP/CPIM/CSCP certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Mercy Preceptor course within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Mercy Supply Chain Technician and/or Advanced Supply Chain Technician competencies; 2 years healthcare supply chain experience or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new coworkers as needed.
• Serve as liaison between supply chain and clinical/specialty departments and leaders.
• Ensure supplies and linen are stocked and inventories are adequate across multiple hospital locations.
• Fill, order, stock, distribute, and receive supplies and linen using advanced software systems.
