Mercy Rogers is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage supplies and linen across hospital locations, using advanced supply chain software to fill, order, stock, distribute, and receive items while mentoring teammates.
This on-site, full-time role requires a High School Diploma (Mercy Preceptor within 6 months) and demonstrated healthcare supply chain experience or leadership; preferred CMRP/CPIM/CSCP certifications.
Supply Chain Specialist will utilize and demonstrate at an advanced level supply chain software systems to fill, order, stock, distribute, and receive supplies and linen along with assisting with the management of PAR inventories. This position also ensure appropriate supplies/Linens are stocked, delivered, and inventory is adequately stocked in multiple hospital locations. Advanced Technicians will also assist with mentoring and training new coworkers, and at times serve as a liaison in communication between supply chain and clinical/specialty departments and leaders.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of Mercy Preceptor course within 6 months of hire.
Experience:
Demonstrated proficiency in Mercy Supply Chain Technician and/or Advanced Supply Chain Technician competencies, experience in specialty and/or demonstrated leadership, or 2 years direct healthcare supply chain experience.

Prefer 12 months in Supply Chain Technician or Advanced Supply Chain Technician role. Experience preferred in specialty area.
