Danfoss is seeking a mid-senior Supply Chain Specialist to join the Global Fulfilment team at Nordborg. You will turn data into decisions, drive improvements, and embed disciplined processes across our worldwide network.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, IT, and Shared Services to deliver measurable impact and sustain gains through robust governance and continuous improvement. Experience with SAP, Anaplan and advanced Excel is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with data analytics and translating insights into practical business improvements.

You will work across functions, countries, and cultures, collaborating with stakeholders from Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, IT, and Shared Services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive supply chain improvement initiatives that enhance inventory performance, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency across factories and distribution sites.
• Analyze business and supply chain data using tools such as SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to identify constraints, challenge existing processes, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support the expansion and continuous development of segmentation practices while helping establish them as an integrated part of our fulfilment processes.
• Facilitate performance reviews, process governance, and continuous improvement activities that strengthen our global supply chain capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with data analytics and translating insights into practical business improvements.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, countries, and organizational levels.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, advanced Excel, or similar planning and analytics tools, combined with excellent English communication skills.
