Xcel Energy in Minnesota is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to handle high-volume material receipts and SAP-based transfers. You will verify data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate online transfers across plant codes. The role requires SAP experience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

The position offers a hybrid work model with onsite work three days per week (Tue–Thu) and opportunities to collaborate across departments in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of related work experience in receiving material, processing orders, supply chain, or accounts payable.
• Advanced alpha/numeric data entry skills.
• Self-directed and detail-oriented with quick learning ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow step-by-step processes with solid critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Process receipt of material shipments and verify data, resolve discrepancies, and enter receipts into SAP.
• Process work order transfers, ensure correct setup, resolve discrepancies, and enter transfers into SAP.
• Move transformers between Xcel Energy plant codes in SAP: order, receive, and issue.
• Other duties including daily reconciliations, processing credit memos, training others, and filing records.

Interact with various departments and employees within the Corporation to support the timely receipt of Material Goods. Ensure the proper and timely on-line transfer of materials. Research and resolve Supply Chain related issues and discrepancies.
