Waabi, a leader in Physical AI and autonomous transportation, is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support procurement, inventory, and logistics for its Dallas/Lancaster operations. The role emphasizes AI-driven supply chain practices and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage purchase orders, shipments, and goods receipts while ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency. This is a full-time in-office role with competitive perks and a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement / Inventory Management experience.
• Familiar with inventory management and logistics and P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Global Supply Chain Team building a supply base using AI-first approach.
• Material tracking and physical inventory management including labeling, storage and handling.
• Create purchase orders and related activities through the Procure-to-Pay process.
• Perform goods receipt transactions for Waabi’s Lancaster facility.
• Coordinate shipments to and from suppliers and across Waabi facilities.
• Manage consigned inventory with suppliers and OEM partners.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and address discrepancies.
• Build relationships with shipping carriers for Waabi deliveries.

As a member of the Global Supply Chain Team, the Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Purchase Order releases across direct & indirect commodities, material tracking & physical inventory management.

M-F In-office 8:30AM-5PM

You will...

• Be a part of the Global Supply Chain Team building a supply base using an AI-first approach to enable safe self-driving at scale
• Material tracking and physical inventory management including proper labelling, storage and handling
• Create purchase orders and related activities through the Procure-to-Pay process
• Perform goods receipt transactions of all direct and indirect materials for Waabi’s Lancaster facility
• Coordinate shipments to and from Suppliers and across Waabi facilities
• Manage consigned inventory with Waabi’s Suppliers and OEM Partners
• Perform inventory cycle counts and address discrepancies as required
• Build and foster relationships with shipping carriers for Waabi deliveries
• Own the RMA process with supplier from end-to-end providing updates to Waabi team members and Waabi Suppliers
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements & documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business (Supply Chain/Finance/Management) or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement / Inventory Management Experience
• Familiar with inventory management and logistics
• Familiar with Procure-to-Pay processes including tooling such as PLM, Inventory and Procurement systems
• Extremely Proficient in Google Workspace
• Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others
• Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions
• You will be required to engage in physical activities within reasonable accommodation
• Some tasks may require - lifting and moving material up to 50~ pounds each, bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head, frequent walking in the facilities, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and hallways
• Forklift certified / able to become certified to operate
• Knowledge of Export Compliance

The US hourly range for this role is: $32 - $42 per hour USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi (US) Inc.’s hourly ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The hourly base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for a new hire's hourly rate for this role in Pittsburgh, PA. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
