Responsibilities

• Conduct a full inventory of the supplier database to establish a baseline gap count for core fields.
• Cross-reference records with verified addresses and collect missing information from suppliers.
• Verify audit status in the RBA Online portal for each NA supplier.
• Confirm existence of BCP documents and collect missing ones via outreach.
• Compile a supplier compliance gap report and prioritize by risk.
