  • Incorporate international freight forwarding capabilities into broader supply chain solutions when appropriate.

  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with prospective customers, existing accounts, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted supply chain advisor to key customers by identifying operational challenges, growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and potential service enhancements.

  • Drive account expansion, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities across the supply chain services portfolio.

  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, digital transformation, and product/innovation teams to develop technology-enabled and data-driven logistics solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to incorporate digital platforms, reporting, analytics, automation, and other technology capabilities into customer solutions.

  • Lead complex opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution development, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and implementation planning.

  • Maintain accurate and timely information within the sales pipeline, CRM, forecasting, and opportunity-management processes.

  • Monitor individual sales performance, pipeline activity, revenue opportunities, margins, and other applicable KPIs.

  • Ensure pricing, contracts, deal structures, and commercial activities comply with established policies, governance requirements, legal standards, and risk-management procedures.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate successful handoff and implementation of newly awarded business.

  • Share supply chain, warehousing, sales, and solution-design expertise with internal teams to improve solution quality and overall win rates.
