Job summary

VALIANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a technically skilled professional to design, implement, and support cloud data warehousing solutions. You will leverage Snowflake and Google BigQuery to optimize performance and scalability while supporting Manhattan DFIO operations and related migration activities.

You will manage incident response, change management via ServiceNow, and contribute to rigorous testing, documentation, and architectural alignment in a fast-paced retail-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data warehousing and leading Snowflake/BigQuery projects.
• Hands-on Manhattan DFIO application support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions.
• Manage Cloud Data Warehousing operations using Snowflake and BigQuery for performance and scalability.
• Provide dedicated support for Manhattan DFIO including incident management and after-hours support.
• Execute Change Management protocols via ServiceNow and maintain coding standards.
• Develop System Test Plans and conduct thorough system testing and peer reviews.
• Analyze current business processes and create Process Model Diagrams to drive optimization.
• Lead technical transitions and migrations from DFIO to new planning products.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment business processes.
• Proficient in Cloud Data Warehouse architecture and integration projects.
• Gather requirements, document effectively, and perform System Testing.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and plan migration activities.
• Experience with ITSM and change requests in ServiceNow.
• Deep Retail Industry domain expertise.
• Proven ability in System Integration and Architectural Alignment.
• Proactive, independent worker in fast-paced environments.
