Job summary

VALIANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced technology consultant with deep expertise in supply chain planning, fulfillment, and enterprise architecture. The role spans requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and training across multiple JDA modules and ERP integrations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consulting, strong communication skills, and knowledge of SAP/Oracle. Considered candidates should have hands-on experience with at least two SCM modules and be ready to

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture.
• 3+ years of consulting in Supply Chain Planning/Fulfillment Software.
• Hands-on knowledge of at least 2 SCM modules (JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment, JDA ESP, JDA S&OP, Order Promiser).
• Experience in facilitating all phases of the implementation cycle, including requirement workshops, design, config, testing, cutover and training.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirement gathering workshops and analysis.
• Design high-level functional, interfacing and reporting specifications.
• Lead POC/prototype discussions for multiple JDA modules.
• Coach and mentor team members during design and implementation.

Job description

Primary Skills required

• Supply Chain Planning/Execution Packages Implementation
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.

Areas of Responsibility includes:-

• At least 3 yearsof consulting experience, preferably at least 4 years in Supply Chain Planning/Fulfillment Software.
• At least 2end-to-end Implementation and Upgrade experience on latest JDA modules (v8x, 9x onwards - JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment, JDA ESP, JDA S&OP, JDA Order Promiser, etc)
• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, e.g. Driving Requirement gathering workshops, Requirements Gathering & Analysis, High and Detailed level design, Package Configuration, Testing, Cutover planning and Super User Training
• Write High-level design (Functional, Interfacing and Reporting) catering to all requirements(including package extensions/customizations)
• Hands on product configuration levelknowledge of at least 2 of the enlisted SCM modules (JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment, JDA ESP, JDA S&OP, JDA Order Promiser, etc.)
• Build/lead POC/prototype discussions with client forat least 2 JDA modules (JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment, JDA ESP, JDA S&OP, JDA Order Promiser, etc.)-Sound Functional and Business process knowledge in Forecasting, Production, and Distribution planning area -Shape solution design by adopting industry best practices -Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/re-engineering business practices, which includes integrating JDA SCM Applications with existing client ecosystem -Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
• Knowledge of ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle) will be added advantage, but not necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 11 yearsof experience in IT
