Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in the United States is seeking a skilled data integration and data warehousing specialist to design and optimize enterprise data models for reporting and analytics.

You will prototype, build, and test BI dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, collaborating with teams on Snowflake Data Cloud and Informatica IICS implementations, and mentor peers in best practices for data governance, ETL/ELT, and metadata management.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data models for BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with Informatica on-prem products like PowerCenter and DataQuality.
• Experience with ELT with ChangeDataCapture solutions like PowerExchange.
• Experience with IBM Mainframes COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Experience with IICS Cloud Administration and Snowflake Data Cloud Administration.
• Ensures data warehouse metadata is collected and maintained.
• Experience with Informatica IICS Cloud Performance Tuning.
• Experience with Snowflake Data Cloud Performance Tuning.
• Experience with Data Governance products like EDC, Axon, and CDGC.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes transaction data stores and develops data warehouse models to optimize the warehouse for reporting and analytics.
• Coaches and mentors peers in data warehousing concepts and tools used to analyzedata, design warehouse models, and populate the warehouse.
• Participates in strategic planning for Snowflake enterprise data warehouse/data-lake-house design and development.
• Assists with development and maintenance of methods and practices documentation.

Participates in strategic planning for the Snowflake enterprisedatawarehouse/data-lake-house design and development.

Coaches and mentors' peers in datawarehousing concepts and the tools utilized to analyzedata, design the warehouse models, and populate the warehouse.
