Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance and observe for theft, fraud, or violence.
• Promote shrinkage awareness and profitability by guiding Associates.
• Maintain complete and accurate reports for investigations and audits.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with first aid or safety duties.
• Manage facility truck entrance and control entry/exit points.
• Operate CCTV to identify threats and ensure safety and compliance.
• Support audits and perform posts and patrols as assigned.
