Reyes Holdings seeks a Leader in Training to rotate across supply chain and operations, gaining hands-on experience and fast‑tracking development under a dedicated manager. You will work on strategic projects, apply lean‑six sigma concepts, and build cross‑functional skills in procurement, demand forecasting, inventory, and logistics.
Bachelor's degree is required with 0–2 years of related experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.

The Leader in Training program is designed to provide a diversified experience across various business functions to develop future leaders of the organization. Team Members will rotate through one of two tracks within the supply chain and operations departments, consisting of challenging assignments designed to fast track their professional development and create opportunities for long‑term career advancement. Team Members will be supported by a single point of contact manager to lead you through an immersive experience.
Gain an in‑depth understanding of day‑to‑day operations in distribution
Assist in streamlining warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Participate in quality control and safety initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Assist with documenting and updating training materials, job aids, and all on‑boarding resources
