Reyes Holdings is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to lead analysis of complex business problems and translate requirements into system and process outcomes. You will own end-to-end delivery of initiatives and drive adoption of system capabilities across functions.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or GED with extensive experience) in a related field, strong knowledge of supply chain processes, and experience with enterprise systems.
Lead analysis of complex business problems and support implementation of supply chain solutions
Translate business requirements into system and process outcomes
Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives
Lead process improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and users
Drive adoption of system capabilities
Support KPI performance and improvement planning
Other projects or duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline and 2 plus years of experience in supply chain operations, supply chain systems, or supply chain analytics or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience
Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes (e.g., demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, order management, or logistics)
Experience working with supply chain or enterprise systems (e.g., planning systems, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms supporting supply chain operations)
Proven ability to lead issue resolution, including coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and application owners
Experience managing change control, testing (UAT), and production support activities
Master’s Degree
Proficient in process mapping and use of process mapping tools (Visio, SmartDraw, Lucidchart, Tallyfy, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or other Salesforce applications
Experience with Supply Chain Planning applications
Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other reporting solution
Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Critical Path Method (CPM) or PRINCE2)
