What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform risk assessments to support supplier onboarding processes
• Manage and maintain the supplier risk dashboard
• Assist in drafting and publishing monthly risk communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Conduct research and report findings on potential supply chain disruptions and mitigation strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree without work experience
• Experience as a Supply Chain Risk Analyst in global market ecosystems
• Proven ability to influence decision-making and policy changes across an organization
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-stress environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and related software trends
• Familiarity with DoDI01, NDAA 889, and related DFARS clauses
• Experience conducting research and using scientific methods to achieve outcomes
• Strong presentation, communication, team-building, and leadership skills
