Job summary

Gordon Food Service invites talented students to join its 12-week paid internship at the Home Office, gaining hands-on exposure to core supply chain functions.

You will work across departments, receive mentorship, attend networking events, and explore a future with one of North America’s largest food‑service distributors. This hands‑on program emphasizes collaboration, learning, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in releasing Purchase Orders and replenishing items to support customer in-stock performance.
• Monitoring KPIs related to service levels, days on hand, and product loss.
• Collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and expedite deliveries.
• Supporting inventory management activities, including seasonal buys, product conversions, and obsolete inventory reviews.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field

Build a Career :

In the Supply Chain Replenishment department by:

• Assisting in releasing Purchase Orders and replenishing items to support customer in-stock performance.
