Job summary

AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is seeking an Inventory Receiving Clerk who delivers supplies, equipment and packages to customers and supports replenishment for designated areas. You will inspect deliveries, verify packing slips, and complete the receiving process in the ERP system per established timelines.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety of refrigerated items, and timely communication with purchasing. You will help resolve discrepancies, tag capital equipment, and assist with returns while

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years ERP experience preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, including with delivery drivers.
• Basic computer skills and keypad/keyboard use.
• Ability to sort and count accurately.
• Familiarity with shipping and billing procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize departmental priorities.
• Experience using an ERP system is preferred.
• Understanding of receiving processes and basic materials management.

• Prepares items for return and ensures pick-up of goods, resolving delivery errors with suppliers.
