Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to manage par-level inventory, pick orders, and deliver supplies across the facility. You will use ERP and office software to maintain records, create requisitions, and ensure timely, accurate stock replenishment in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, clear English communication, and at least one year of related experience; a High School diploma is required.

• Has computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Can identify, sort and count accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to use an ERP system.
• Understands medical terminology and products.
• Demonstrates knowledge of inventory, receiving, replenishment and par level concepts.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Picks up return items following established guidelines and performs daily par cart inventories, picks orders, confirms orders, and delivers supplies to assigned par areas.
• Creates requisitions for non-stock supplies as needed in assigned par areas and ensures par areas are orderly and stocked to meet customer needs.
• Disburses all materials to locations in the facility in a timely manner with attention to refrigerated supplies and overnight packages.
• Maintains warehouse and assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Completes replenishment/picking process and related computer tasks to ensure accurate records.
• Delivers supplies and packages to customers and verifies delivery information.
• Maintains item locations and labels, supports par location layout, and participates in ongoing process improvements.

Job Description:

Per Diem (As Needed)

Picks up return items following established guidelines and performs daily par cart inventories, picks orders, confirms orders, and delivers supplies to assigned par areas. Creates requisitions for non-stock supplies as needed in assigned par areas. Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked to meet customer needs. Properly disburses all materials to various locations in the facility as assigned in a timely manner following any established route and schedule, with special attention to refrigerated supplies and overnight packages. Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner. Accurately completes the replenishment/picking process, including all associated computer software tasks to ensure accurate record keeping. Delivers supplies and packages to customers, taking care to obtain location delivery information. Maintains conversion items and substitutes, communicating with clinical and departmental staff. Assists with updating item locations and labels associated with product conversions. Participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout. Other duties as assigned.
