How You’ll Make An Impact

The Supply Planning COE builds and maintains a digital representation of the physical supply chain, enabling optimized global supply plans to ensure continuous, efficient delivery of finished goods while minimizing inventory and costs.

Responsibilities Include

1. OMP Development and Deployment: Lead development of supply planning models and processes, including scenario capabilities for strategic decision-making, and oversee deployment globally.
2. Team Capabilities Development: Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse global team of supply planners.
3. Technology Capabilities Development: Drive system upgrades, improve models, and explore innovations like machine learning.
4. Operational Agility Development: Optimize production, procurement, and distribution decisions through scenario modeling.
5. Organizational Capabilities Development: Ensure the planning organization has the right processes, knowledge, and capabilities.
6. Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Lead KPI development and corrective actions for planning activities.
7. Stakeholder Relationships: Build relationships with manufacturing, demand planning, customer service, procurement, finance, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• Supply chain certification (APICS/IBF).
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain and 10+ years in supply planning/operations.
• 4+ years leading supply planning teams.
• Proven success working with all organizational levels and external clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations and planning processes.
