Competenze

• Must have 0–2 years of experience in materials, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, engineering, or program/project management.
• Experience or exposure to BOMs, components, materials, costing, procurement, or supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, and external suppliers.
• Some technical knowledge or exposure to hardware products; electrical or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Manage and deliver program financials, BOM/MVA, tooling, and NRE costs.
• Set cost and schedule targets with engineering, supply chain, and operations.
• Ensure timely procurement of components for NPI and production builds.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive program execution and minimize escalations.
• Track costs and milestones, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead NPI meetings to discuss cost impact of engineering and process changes.
• Work with suppliers to establish PO costs and manage relationships.
• Drive SOW negotiations and product/supplier contracts.
• Manage variance claims and schedule delays due to engineering changes.
• Develop cost-reduction forecasts with supply chain and operations.
