Bull City Talent Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global SAP S/4HANA transformation in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on shaping project plans, coordinating with IT and business leaders, and deploying a proven template across regions.

You will oversee multi-year delivery, drive SDLC execution, run fit-to-standard workshops, and ensure readiness for go-live. Onsite work five days/week with senior leader engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management in large-scale SAP transformations.
• Strong SDLC expertise and stakeholder management.
• Experience with fit-to-standard, fit-gap analysis, and global rollouts.
• Proven ability to build business cases with partners.
• Life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals in GxP environments.
• Willingness to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL, five days a week.

Job description

Our client, a global medical device and life sciences company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead a large-scale business transformation program moving to SAP S/4HANA. You'll shape the project plans, partner closely with business and IT leaders, and help take a proven global template and deploy it to other functions and regions. This is a 3-year project, onsite in Jacksonville, FL 5 days per week, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones across a multi-year S/4HANA transformation
• Lead technical projects through all SDLC phases, from requirements and design through build, test, deployment, and hypercare
• Partner with business stakeholders to run fit-to-standard workshops and fit-gap analysis, and build business cases
• Adapt and deploy the global template to additional functions and regions
• Align business process owners, IT teams, and system integrators on scope, timeline, and decisions
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control, and escalate when needed
• Drive solution readiness and organizational readiness so business users are prepared for go-live
• Provide clear status reporting and governance updates to project and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, including large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations
• Proven experience leading technical projects with a strong understanding of SDLC phases and business roles
• Hands-on experience with fit-to-standard, fit-gap analysis, and template-based global rollouts
• Experience building business cases with business partners
• Industry experience in life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals (GxP-regulated environment)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, from working teams to senior leadershipAble to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on multi-region or global deployments
• Background in business process design or SAP functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
