Provide planning, coordination, and execution support for the Supply Chain organization. Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain and internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Operations, Design Engineering, Technical Program Management, NPI, and FP&A. Lead procurement planning and supplier quality readiness for assigned modules. Own development and execution of supply chain timelines, aligning top-down program constraints with bottom-up dependencies and key milestones. Map the supply chain from prototype through production. Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance by defining and tracking key metrics such as sourcing progress and schedule adherence to support strategic decision-making. Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional program meetings by delivering status updates, identifying risks, and presenting mitigation strategies. Proactively coordinate discussions with stakeholders to resolve obstacles and maintain program momentum. Develop metrics and dashboards to track supply chain readiness. Establish appropriate reporting cadence and lead program reviews tailored to the audience, including preparation of concise executive-level summaries for leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on data integrity, system automation, and process optimization to enhance scalability, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
