Job summary

GoTo Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Program Analyst to support end-to-end programs including new product launches, LTOs, transitions, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications

Job Summary
The Supply Chain Program Analyst plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end supply chain programs including new product launches, limited time offers, transitions, and other strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are planned accurately, executed on time, and monitored through completion with a strong focus on data integrity, risk visibility, and process adherence.

The Program Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining program inputs, tracking key milestones and inventory impacts, validating forecasts, and ensuring accurate and timely updates across tools and templates. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to identify risks early, escape appropriately, and support decision making with clear, reliable data.

Essential Functions
  • Program & Project Management
    • Collaborate with supply chain brand managers, 3rd party distributors, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders on LTOs, market tests, product transitions, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
    • Develop project timelines, recommend risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
    • Monitor and track key milestones, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks as needed.
  • In-Event and Post-Event Reporting & Tracking
    • Monitor supply chain program performance in real time during execution to identify issues early and recommend course corrections.
    • Track results post-event to evaluate effectiveness against KPIs, timelines, and cost metrics.
    • Compile data into actionable insights and develop executive summaries with recommendations for future initiatives.
    • Conduct postmortem reviews to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners related to all managed programs/events.
    • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment on key deliverables and deadlines.
    • Drive communication and transparency across all phases of program execution.
  • Process Improvement & Standardization
    • Support efforts to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance execution and scalability.
    • Help maintain and evolve project management templates, tools, and best practices.
Education
  • Bachelors
Work Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or related roles.
Skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar project management software (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
