The role acts as the primary contact between suppliers, product teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a similar role, demonstrated negotiation and relationship management skills, and experience with CRM platforms and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a purchasing/procurement role.

• Understanding of risk management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish purchasing procedures for procurement, inventory, and distribution of components.
• Serve as main liaison between suppliers, product teams, and clients.
• Lead RFQ/RFP/RFI solicitation and preparation.
• Coordinate purchase orders with internal teams.
• Perform price and cost analysis, and negotiate proposals.
• Manage vendor quality, design, and payment terms.
• Administer contracts and ensure on-time delivery per program requirements.
• Analyze MRP needs and identify multiple US supply bases for long-lead items.
