Role Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Supply Chain & Procurement professional with deep experience in P2P processes, inventory management, and utility-specific logistics. The ideal candidate will have worked in the utilities sector and is comfortable navigating FERC requirements and asset-intensive inventory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations in SAP or similar systems.
• Manage inventory, materials tracking, and logistics processes tailored to the utility sector.
• Collaborate with finance, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure supply chain alignment.
• Support and enhance procurement policies with a focus on regulatory compliance (e.g., FERC).
• Develop reports and analytics for materials forecasting and consumption.
• Troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks and streamline purchasing workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience in SAP or ERP environments.
• Deep knowledge of P2P processes, inventory control, and warehouse management.
• Public utility experience is mandatory.
• Understanding of FERC regulations as they pertain to procurement and materials management.
• Experience with asset-intensive environments and long-cycle supply planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP MM or Ariba expertise.
• Exposure to integrated utility operations (e.g., transmission, generation, distribution).
• Knowledge of procurement automation or vendor contract lifecycle management.

Pay rate: $80-$110hr based on experience and skillset
