• Audit POs, invoices, and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Oversee orders from placement to delivery and handle exceptions.
• Coordinate with receiving and warehouse teams on deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP/accounting systems.
• Conduct regular counts and assist with physical inventory.
• Identify slow-moving/excess inventory and recommend actions.
• Publish stock, purchases, costs, and supplier performance reports.
