Job summary

Tms Llc is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Process Engineer to analyze, optimize and standardize end‑to‑end operational processes onsite in Nashville. The role requires applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost and service levels.

Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder workshops, mapping current and future states, defining KPIs and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements and monitor benefits.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in process engineering or supply chain transformation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory, warehousing and fulfilment.
• Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, value‑stream mapping and root‑cause analysis expertise.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS/OMS or similar planning applications.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel, Visio and process‑modelling tools.
• Able to translate operational data into actionable recommendations and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end‑to‑end supply chain processes across forecasting, planning, replenishment, inventory, warehousing, transport and fulfilment.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and document current and future state processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, gaps, waste and control weaknesses; pursue automation opportunities.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement and quantify benefits.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, turnover, fill rate and service level.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, governance frameworks and control plans.
• Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, business, technology and vendor teams to implement improvements.
• Support solution design, testing, pilot, training, change management and post‑implementation reviews.
• Quantify operational and financial impact and provide progress updates to leadership.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with strong supply chain management expertise to analyse, optimize and standardize end-to-end operational processes. The candidate should have practical experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost and service levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end supply chain processes across forecasting, planning, replenishment, inventory, warehousing, transportation and order fulfilment.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and document current‑state and future‑state processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, waste, delays, control weaknesses and automation opportunities.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous process improvement.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and recommend sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rate, service level, cycle time and fulfilment accuracy.
• Develop process maps, value‑stream maps, SOPs, control plans and governance frameworks.
• Translate operational requirements into clear business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, business, technology and vendor teams to implement improvements.
• Support solution design, testing, pilot execution, training, change management and post‑implementation reviews.
• Quantify the operational and financial benefits of proposed process improvements.
• Provide regular progress updates, risks, findings and recommendations to business leadership.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in process engineering, business process improvement or supply chain transformation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, warehouse and fulfilment.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, value‑stream mapping and root‑cause analysis.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS or supply chain planning applications.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Visio and process‑modelling tools.
• Ability to analyse operational data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management, workshop‑facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with business and operational teams in Nashville.
